Netsuite Error "SSS_FILE_CONTENT_SIZE_EXCEEDED"

When syncing data using PBCS Sync and while saving the ".csv" files from Netsuite, users may get an error "SSS_FILE_CONTENT_SIZE_EXCEEDED"

The error may occur due to the incorrect maximum file size being set.

User(s) can avoid the "SSS_FILE_CONTENT_SIZE_EXCEEDED" error by specifying an appropriate maximum file size which should be strictly less than 10 MB.

Kindly refer the steps below

  1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Record Types.
  2. Locate "NS-PBCS | Config" and click List next to it.
  3. Locate MAX_FILE_SIZE and click Edit.
  4. Change the Value into anything lower than 10 MB (e.g. 9 MB = 9437184).
  5. Click Save.

This would ensure that the resulting file size is not exceeding the NetSuite limitation of 10 MB.
